新蓋的飯店，整體上非常乾淨，房間提供冰箱。服務人員也很友善，目前尚未有提供早餐的選項，希望未來可以增加。 還有提供免費的洗衣機跟烘衣機，對旅客是很方便的選項。一樓的咖啡也很好喝，只是份量有點少。整體來說，很推薦這間住宿。

Do NOT believe the positive reviews! I've stayed at hotels in Southeast Asia since 2024. Common Inn is by far the worst. I made the mistake of booking this dump for a whole month. Where to begin? First, there are no telephones in any of the rooms. To reach the front desk you must use whatsapp. But they often respond late, or not at all. Few staff members spoke English, and only bits and pieces. And even with my translation app, they failed to understand. They seemed to have the intelligence of pre-schoolers. Next, the hotel is on an extremely busy street. Several night clubs blast music late into the night. Not just weekends, but every single night. Walls are thin, so no sleep. When they moved me to a more quiet room, the room smelled like a sewer. My request to have housekeeping remove the odor was treated as my being too demanding. Finally, a receptionist informed me that her manager wanted me to vacate the hotel. Mind you, there were still 15 nights remaining in my booking. I told the receptionist that if her manager wanted me to vacate, then have him tell me in person, and to also refund payment for all unused nights. They fought me on this. So I got my booking site involved. The agents were all extremely helpful. TRIP worked quickly to get me refunded. Fantastic customer service. Something Common Inn is sorely lacking. I will book with TRIP again, but needless to say, I'll never stay at Common Inn again. And if you value your sanity, neither should you.

Very nice hotel, extra clean. Hot water comes out fast. Would stay here again. Staff friendly.
